Vegetable Casserole

  1. Pour 1/2 milk in saucepan.
  2. Add flour and seasonings and stir constantly to avoid lumps.
  3. Slowly stir in rest of milk, 1/4 cup at a time.
  4. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
  5. Layer vegetables in casserole dish with green beans on the bottom, then carrots, zucchini and onions on top.
  6. Pour sauce over vegetables.
  7. Sprinkle with crushed cereal.
  8. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
