Honeydew or Cantaloupe Melon Melba

  1. Cut melon in half crosswise and remove seeds.
  2. Slice melon into 1" rings.
  3. Remove rind.
  4. Fill each ring with scoops of ice cream.
  5. Top with melted preserves and serve immediately.
