  5. bake at 350F for 10 to 15 minutes

  8. pour into graham cracker crust bake at 350F to 45 or 55 minutes until center is set
  9. let cool for 15 minutes
  10. now for the topping
  11. mix your your sour cream and sugar in till smooth
  12. gently fold in your mini marshmallows
  13. turn your oven up to 475F
  14. place your cheesecake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until marshmallow start to brown
  15. let cool for about 15 minutes
  16. then shave your chocolate over the topping
  17. place in refrigerator and let chill for 12 hours
  18. now it's ready to cut and you eat
