Grapefruit Scrub

• 2 tablespoons grapefruit juice
• 2 tablespoons uncooked oatmeal

1. Mix both together in a bowl.
2. Apply in gentle circular motions.
3. Rinse well.
4. Moisturise with your favourite moisturiser.
5. Enjoy!
