Seafood Fra Diavalo Recipe
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 (28 ounce.) can plum tomatoes, minced
- 1 teaspoon each dry basil and oregano
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/2 c. clam juice
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and crushed red pepper
- 8 each cherrystone clams, mussels, shrimp, and sea scallops
- Cooked spaghetti
- In large saucepan, cook garlic in oil.
- Add in remaining ingredients, except seafood.
- Simmer 10 min.
- Add in seafood.
- Cook till clams and mussels open, about 5 min.
- Throw away unopened shell fish.
- Serve over spaghetti.
