Cheese Biscuits
- 2 cup gluten-free baking mix
- 1 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Mix all ingredients together until soft dough forms.
- Drop generous spoonfuls of dough onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake in 450F oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown or center is done.
- Check with a toothpick.
