Spicy Cheddar Chicken & Potatoes
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 cups ORE-IDA Potatoes OBrien, thawed
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Cook bacon in large nonstick skillet on medium heat until crisp.
- Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels.
- Discard drippings from skillet.
- Add chicken to skillet.
- Mix seasonings until blended; sprinkle over chicken.
- Cook 6 to 7 min.
- on each side or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
- Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Crumble bacon.
- Add to skillet with potatoes; cook and stir 5 min.
- or until heated through.
- Place chicken over potatoes; top with cheese.
- Cover; cook 2 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
