Quick 'N Easy Chocolate Pudding

• 2 packets creamy wheat instant hot cereal
• 2 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
• 1 cup whipping cream, whipped, divided

1. Mix cereal and sugar in a mixing bowl.
2. Stir together boiling water and chocolate until chocolate is melted; immediately pour over cereal mixture and stir until well blended.
3. Cool completely.
4. Fold in half of whipped cream.
5. Refrigerate 2 hours.
6. Serve with remaining whipped cream.
