Chris' Chicken Salad
- 2 cups chicken breasts, without skin chopped
- 12 cup celery, chopped
- 38 cup green onion, sliced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
- 14-12 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 18-14 cup light sour cream
- 34 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon onion powder
- 14 teaspoon celery salt
- 14 teaspoon dry mustard
- 14 teaspoon paprika
- Mix all ingredients and chill.
