Pork In Whisky Sauce
- 1 cup heinz tomato sauce
- 1 cup heinz chili sauce
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 5 tbsp Brown sugar
- 100 ml whisky
- 800 grams pork rib /
- 800 grams pork belly
- Put pork rib or pork belly or pork chop with all ingredients into pressure cooker on high for 35 to 45 minute or longer depending on the thickness of the pork
- Simmer it for another 10 minute till sauce are slightly thicken and serve hot ,slice up pork belly and serve on tomato then top whisky sauce and scallion
- ANOTHER OPTION,PUT ALL INGREDIENT AND COOKED IT IN A SLOW COOKER ON HIGH FOR 6 TO 8 HOURS
