Trifle Dessert Recipe
- 1 pkg. plain ladyfingers (raspberry jam)
- 2 tbsp. sherry
- 2 sm. Packages vanilla or possibly coconut pudding (to be cooked)
- 1/2 - 1 c. cut up fruit (suggestions: Kiwi, cherries, strawberries, well
- liquid removed mandarin oranges)
- 1 - 1 1/2 c. whipped cream
- 1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds
- Line a bowl with split Lady Fingers spread with raspberry jam.
- Drizzle sherry over ladyfingers.
- Pour cooked coconut vanilla pudding into bowl over ladyfingers.
- Layer with fruit (like kiwi), if you like.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Sprinkle with toasted slivered almonds.
- Serve well, chilled.
