Chocolate Mint Truffles

  1. In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with
  2. sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Chill 2 hours or
  4. until firm.
  5. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in any
  6. of the above coatings.
  7. Store covered at room
  8. temperature.
  9. Or by Microwave.
  10. In one quart glass measure, combine
  11. chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  12. Cook on 100-percent
  13. power (hight) 3-minutes or until chips melt, stirring
  14. after each 1 to 1-1/2 minutes.
  15. Proceed as above.
