Curry Divan Chicken
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
- 3 whole chicken breasts, cooked, boned and cut in fourths
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- lemon juice
- 1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. fine bread crumbs
- Cook broccoli according to package directions until almost tender.
- Put in a greased 2-quart baking dish.
- Place chicken on top.
- Mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, milk, cheese, lemon juice and curry powder and pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle a mixture of butter and bread crumbs over sauce.
- Bake near center of 350u0b0 oven 20 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Decorate with pimento strips.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
