Peach Pie Deluxe Recipe
- 4 lg. ripe peaches
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 Large eggs
- Pastry dough for pie
- Meringue
- Line a pie plate with pastry.
- Fill with peaches sliced rather thick.
- Sift flour and sugar together.
- Rub in shortening and add in to the well beaten Large eggs.
- Blend well, then spread over peaches so which all are covered.
- Bake in warm oven for first 15 min.
- Then cover with meringue and bake another 15 min.
