Peach Pie Deluxe Recipe

  1. Line a pie plate with pastry.
  2. Fill with peaches sliced rather thick.
  3. Sift flour and sugar together.
  4. Rub in shortening and add in to the well beaten Large eggs.
  5. Blend well, then spread over peaches so which all are covered.
  6. Bake in warm oven for first 15 min.
  7. Then cover with meringue and bake another 15 min.
