Apple Cakes
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
- 1 cup sour cream
- 13 cup almonds ground
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg ground
- 1 x apples sliced, as needed
- 1 x powdered sugar to dust
- Beat together butter and sugar until light and creamy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Add flour sour cream almonds soda and nutmeg.
- Stir to blend.
- Fill muffin tin.
- Arrange sliced apples on top.
- Bake at 350F (180C) F for 20 to 25 min.
- Cool then dust with icing sugar.
