Cottage cheese and spinach pie
- 400 grams cottage cheese
- 300 grams spinach
- 5 eggs
- 180 grams flour self raising
- 40 grams butter
- 1 dill
- 1 spring onions
- Beat ONE egg with softened butter with mixer, add flour and mix untill it falls into crumbles.
- Put more flour if there are no crumbles.
- Pour the crumbles onto the greased pan.
- Pat the crumbles slightly so they are not falling everywhere.
- Then put spinach over it.
- I used frozen spinach, poured boiling water over them to soften first then soaked the water.
- I blended cottage cheese with FOUR eggs, dill and spring onions in a food processor and poured the mix over spinach, smooth the surface with a spoon and bake in the oven for 30-40 min.
- Serve with fromage frache, Greek or Turkish yogurt.
