Sirloin Tip Roast Recipe
- 4 pound sirloin tip roast
- Hickory salt, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
- 1/4 c. red cooking wine
- 1 c. beef broth
- Place meat in roast pan with broth, wine and sprinkle with spices.
- Bake covered at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
- Remove cover.
- Baste, sprinkle again with spices, add in mushrooms and onions, Bake another 30 min.
