Flora's Peanut Butter Pie
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar, sifted
- 2/3 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 8 oz Cool-Whip
- 1 Graham Cracker Crumb Pie Crust
- 1 dash Milk
- In a large mixing bowl; combine softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and milk.
- Mix until ingredients are well incorporated.
- Add vanilla and powdered sugar.
- * Add powdered sugar slowly to mixer to avoid a mess
- When sugar is incorporated add half of the container of cool-whip.
- Mix well and add to the pie crust.
- Top with reserved cool-whip.
- Chill for an hour
