Steamed Cauliflower
- 1 1/2 pounds whole cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon low-salt soy sauce
- Trim cauliflower and break into florets.
- Steam for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Coarsely grate ginger and stir into yogurt with soy sauce.
- Use as dipping sauce for cauliflower.
