Sesame Rice Salad

  1. Drain oranges, reserving liquid.
  2. Add enough water to reserved liquid to measure 1-3/4 cups.
  3. Stir in ginger.
  4. Prepare rice as directed on package, substituting the 1-3/4 cups orange liquid for the water.
  5. Refrigerate 30 min.
  6. Add dressing, onions and water chestnuts; mix lightly.
  7. Gently stir in oranges.
