Ham and Cheese Dip
- 16 ounces, weight Neaufchatel Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Fat Free Sour Cream
- 1 ounce, weight Dry Ranch Seasoning
- 9 ounces, weight Lean Thin-sliced Ham, Shredded
- 1 cup Reduced-fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 3/4 cups Green Onions, Chopped
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Stir together the cream cheese, sour cream and ranch seasoning.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until combined.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chilled with crackers, bread or chips.
