Good for u slaw
- 1 head cabbage shredded
- 1 large carrot shredded
- 1 pt. sugar peas sliced thin
- 1/2 cup low fat mayo
- 2 avocados mashed
- 3 Talb honey
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- Put cabbage, carrots, and sugar peas in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl mix avocado, mayo, honey, vinegar.
- When mixed well, add to cabbage and mix well.
- Refrigerate.
- Serve cold.
