Cranberry Cinnamon Baked Apples

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Lightly spray an 8-inch square metal baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. Put the apples with the cut sides up in the pan.
  4. (If needed to keep the apples from rocking, cut a very thin slice off the bottom of each half.)
  5. In a small bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients.
  6. Spoon onto each apple half.
  7. Bake, covered, for 10 minutes.
  8. Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the apples are easily pierced with a fork.
