Deep Fried Burritos

  1. In a large skillet scramble the hamburger and cook it until its all brown.
  2. drain the burger and set it off to the side.
  3. Take another skillet and place it on a burner with medium heat.
  4. Fill halfway full with cooking oil.
  5. While the oil is getting hot, take about three tortilla shells, depending on how big your skillet is and will hold, scoop 3tbs drained hamburger and spread out in the middle of the shells.
  6. sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the burger.
  7. Here comes the tricky part!
  8. how to fold the tortilla shells: going across, fold one side the the other side towards the middle.
  9. where it covers up the hamburger.
  10. then take the bottom and fold upward towards the middle.
  11. do the same for the top, except fold downward.
  12. After you have it all folded lay folded bottom down into the hot oil.
  13. cook on each side for about 4minutes.
  14. or until both sides are golden brown.
  15. After both sides look brown, place on a plate and start dressing it as you please!
