Pasta With Garlic And Clam Sauce

  1. Saute onion, pepper and garlic in olive oil until translucent (add a little water and cover if necessary).
  2. Add the mushrooms and continue heating in the covered saucepan for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, including liquid that comes with clams, and heat until hot in covered saucepan.
  4. Makes 4 servings with approximately 70 calories.
  5. Serve with 1 cup of spaghetti or linguini and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Total calories:
  7. 270; add 50 per tablespoon of Parmesan cheese.
