Easy Vegetable Soup Recipe

  1. In heavy kettle or possibly Dutch oven brown meat using a small amount of fat.
  2. Add in tomatoes, onion and simmer 1 5minutes.
  3. Peel and cut up potato; add in.
  4. Slice celery; add in.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Cook about 15 min, then beat Large eggs.
  7. Add in salt, then flour; mix well.
  8. With fingers break off small pcs and add in to soup.
  9. When all have been added, cook about 10-15 min.
