CRANBERRY MACADAMIA WHITE CHOCALTE COOKIES
- 1 cup SOFTENED BUTTER
- 1 1/2 cup SUGAR
- 1 cup PACKED BROWN SUGAR
- 2 large EGGS ROOM TEMP
- 1 1/2 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT
- 3 cup FLOUR
- 1/2 tsp BAKING SODA
- 1 tsp SALT
- 11 oz WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- 1 1/2 cup MACADAMIA NUTS CHOPPED
- 2 cup DRIED CRANBERRIES
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
- CREAM BUTTER AND SUGARS UNTIL FLUFFY
- ADD VANILLA AND EGGS ONE AT A TIME, AND BEAT WELL
- BLEND IN FLOUR, BAKING SODA AND SALT.
- STIR IN WHITE CHIPS, NUTS AND CRANBERRIES.
- DROP BY TEASPOON ONTO PARCHMENT PAPER
- BAKE FOR 10 -12 MINS
