Butterscotch Bread Pudding

  1. Heat oven to 325F.
  2. Butter a 1- quart baking dish.
  3. Pour scalded milk in bowl; soak the bread in milk.
  4. Cool.
  5. Cook brown sugar with butter, stirring until melted; add to milk mixture.
  6. Add remaining ingredients; blend.
  7. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
