Best Chocolate Syrup Brownies(Microwave)

  1. Cream together butter and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time.
  3. Add salt.
  4. Stir in chocolate syrup, flour and vanilla.
  5. Add nuts and stir to blend well.
  6. Turn into greased and lightly floured 8-inch square microwave-safe pan or dish. Microwave at High power for about 3 minutes.
  7. Let rest for 3 minutes.
  8. Microwave on High power for another 3 minutes and let rest for 3 minutes.
  9. Finally microwave at High power for 2 more minutes or until batter is set and done to your liking.
  10. Let rest in pan for a couple of minutes or until almost cool.
  11. Cut into squares.
  12. Remove from pan and garnish with nuts or powdered sugar. Turn dish a half turn after each 3 minutes if your microwave oven is not a rotating one.
  13. Shield top corners of dish to assure even cooking.
  14. Makes 16 to 18 brownies.
