BBQ Chicken and Rice Skillet
- 1 tsp. oil
- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (1 lb.), cut into bite-size pieces
- 1-1/4 cups water
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1 large red pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally.
- Add water, barbecue sauce and rice.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; sprinkle with pepper and zucchini.
- Cover.
- Simmer 10 min.
