Marinated Steak Sandwich

  1. Pour dressing evenly over steaks in 2 hotel pans (or1 half hotel pan for trial recipe).
  2. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to marinate.
  3. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until tender; set aside.
  4. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade.
  5. Broil or grill steaks 9 min.
  6. on each side or until cooked through.
  7. Cut diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
  8. Combine cheeses.
  9. For each serving: Fill roll with 3 oz.
  10. steak, 1/2 cup vegetable mixture and about 2 Tbsp.
  11. of the cheese mixture.
  12. Return to broiler or grill.
  13. Broil until cheese is melted.
  14. Serve warm.
