Beef And Macaroni Salad

  1. Cook macaroni as directed in boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside until ready to combine with beef.
  2. Brown beef and drain well.
  3. Saute onion and pepper in butter.
  4. Combine beef, onion and pepper with salt and flour.
  5. Add wine, chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a boil.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Toss with cooked and drained macaroni.
  8. Fold in the cheese, reserving enough cheese to garnish.
