Broiled Irish Sirloin
- 5 (8 ounce) thick-cut sirloin steaks
- 12 cup fat-free margarine, melted
- pepper, to taste
- sea salt, to taste
- 2 cups Guinness stout
- 2 cups Coca-Cola
- 14 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons onions, minced
- 2 tablespoons pepper
- 2 tablespoons sea salt
- Mix marinade ingredients in a large bowl with a secure lid.
- Using the tines of a fork, pierce the steaks on both sides several times.
- Drown steak in marinade, cover tightly, and chill overnight.
- Set the oven to broil, and line a large baking pan with foil.
- Remove the steak from the marinade, and set it aside.
- Place steaks in pan, and brush with half of margarine.
- Broil 6 inches from the heat source for 8 minutes.
- Turn steaks, and brush with remaining margarine.
- Broil additional 5 minutes.
- Brush steaks with remaining marinade; broil 2 minutes and remove from oven.
- Season steaks to taste with pepper and sea salt.
