Broiled Irish Sirloin

  1. Mix marinade ingredients in a large bowl with a secure lid.
  2. Using the tines of a fork, pierce the steaks on both sides several times.
  3. Drown steak in marinade, cover tightly, and chill overnight.
  4. Set the oven to broil, and line a large baking pan with foil.
  5. Remove the steak from the marinade, and set it aside.
  6. Place steaks in pan, and brush with half of margarine.
  7. Broil 6 inches from the heat source for 8 minutes.
  8. Turn steaks, and brush with remaining margarine.
  9. Broil additional 5 minutes.
  10. Brush steaks with remaining marinade; broil 2 minutes and remove from oven.
  11. Season steaks to taste with pepper and sea salt.
