California Roll With Shrimp

  1. Line the sushi rolling mat with plastic wrap.
  2. Cut the nori in half and place on top of the plastic wrap.
  3. Top with the sushi rice.
  4. Spread it out just a little bit bigger than the nori it's completely covered.
  5. Scatter sesame seeds over the entire surface, then flip the nori and rice over.
  6. Assemble the crab sticks, fried shrimp, and avocado slices on the nori as in the picture.
  7. Chop up the crab sticks and mix with mayonnaise.
  8. Wrap it all up and cut!
