California Roll With Shrimp
- 540 ml White rice
- 70 ml Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 5 Imitation crab stick
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 Avocado
- 10 Fried shrimp
- Line the sushi rolling mat with plastic wrap.
- Cut the nori in half and place on top of the plastic wrap.
- Top with the sushi rice.
- Spread it out just a little bit bigger than the nori it's completely covered.
- Scatter sesame seeds over the entire surface, then flip the nori and rice over.
- Assemble the crab sticks, fried shrimp, and avocado slices on the nori as in the picture.
- Chop up the crab sticks and mix with mayonnaise.
- Wrap it all up and cut!
