Annie Maes Fruit Cake
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1 lb. marshmallows
- 1 lb. white raisins
- 1 lb. mixed candied fruit
- 1 lb. candied cherries
- 1 can Angel Flake coconut
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 lb. bag Brazil nuts
- 1 lb. bag pecans
- 1 lb. bag English walnuts
- Shell nuts and set aside.
- Place a package of graham crackers in a large Ziploc bag.
- Roll with dough roller.
- Add crackers until the whole box has been turned into crumbs.
- Set aside.
- Melt marshmallows in hot water.
- In a large mixing bowl blend marshmallow mixture with graham cracker crumbs.
- Add other ingredients, mixing well.
- Line an angel food or Bundt pan with waxed paper.
- Press cake firmly into pan.
- Cover with waxed paper. Put in refrigerator for about a week.
