Baked Cod Recipe
- 1 1/2 lb Cod fillets, or possibly other whitefish
- 1 Tbsp. Plus 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Lemon pepper
- Cook: 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Arrange fillets in a baking dish.
- Drizzle with oil and season with salt and lemon pepper to taste.
- Bake 10-12 min or possibly till fish is opaque throughout.
