HOT Cauliflower

  1. Wash clean cauliflower - peppers .
  2. Cut cauliflower up & slice peppers in half.
  3. Mix vinegar-water-sugar-salt-turmeric in a medium pot .
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Pack cauliflower- peppers in clean canning jars.
  6. I put 3 peppers in each jar.Pour Hot vinegar over them.
  7. Heat your canning lids as directed on box.
  8. Put on jars with your rings .
  9. Process for 30 minutes.
  10. ( cold pack ).
  11. Make sure your jars seal.
  12. Or you will either put on a new lid.
  13. Or store in frige.
  14. And eat.
  15. Let them sit for a while so the heat from the peppers works through.
