Chocolate Fudge Sauce

  1. Measure first 6 ingredients into medium saucepan.
  2. Heat on medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently until margarine is melted and mixture is smooth.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Gradually beat in icing sugar 1/4 cup at a time until consistency of medium thick sauce.
  5. Beat in vanilla.
