My Grandpa's Secret & Nostalgic Recipe for Fried Miso Tofu
- 1 packet Firm tofu
- 2 tbsp Blended miso
- 1 Egg
- 1 Scallion
- 1 tsp Bonito based dashi stock
- 1 pinch Umami seasoning
- Use a non-stick pan and fry the tofu without oil.
- Dissolve the miso in the water that came with the tofu package.
- Slice the scallion to 5 mm thick and add to the pan.
- Once the scallions wilt, add the dashi stock and umami seasoning, swirl in a beaten egg and it's done.
