To Make Sugared Cranberries and Mint Leaves

  1. Slowly whisk together powdered egg whites and water until dissolved.
  2. Lightly coat cranberries and both sides of mint leaves with egg mixture using your fingers or a pastry brush, then sprinkle with sugar.
  3. Transfer to a lightly oiled rack and dry 2 to 3 hours.
