Roasted Chickpea Snack
- 4 cups cooked chickpeas or 28 ounces chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 12 cup spices (cajun, curry, garlic etc)
- Preheat oven to 400 (200C).
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and spread onto parchment paper or greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Stir.
- Bake another 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Let cool and enjoy!
