Mississippi Mud Dessert Recipe
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 carton Cold Whip
- 1 box instant chocolate pudding
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 carton Cold Whip
- 1 shaved chocolate bar
- Combine flour and pecans and butter and pat into 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
- Cold.
- Combine sugar, cream cheese and half carton of Cold Whip and pour over cooled crust.
- Combine both puddings and lowfat milk and pour over cream cheese mix.
- Spread with Cold Whip and top with shaved chocolate bar.
