Potato, Prosciutto and Avocado Salad
- 800g baby potatoes, cooked until just tender, cooled
- 100g prosciutto, grilled until crisp and torn into pieces
- 1 large avocado, cut into slices or chunks
- 1 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Classic Mayonnaise, blended with
- 1/3 cup milk
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with the dressing.
- Serve immediately.
