Amazing Chocolate Espresso Surprise Recipe

  1. Grease a 10 inch Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together cake mix and pudding mix.
  3. Make a well in the center and pour in lowfat sour cream and yogurt, softened butter, Large eggs, coffee crystals and almond extract.
  4. Beat 3 min on medium speed.
  5. Add in broken pcs of lowfat milk chocolate bar and stir.
  6. Pour into prepared pan.
  7. Bake 50 to 55 min.
  8. Let cold and turn onto a wire rack.
  9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  10. Serve with Tillamook Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
  11. Note: Use real butter or possibly stick margarine.
  12. Don't substitute reduced-fat spreads; their higher water content often yields less-satisfactory results.
