Barbecued Water Chestnuts

• 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained
• 8 ounces bacon, cut into small pieces
• 12 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 cup chili sauce

1. Wrap chestnuts in bacon, securing with wooden toothpicks.
2. Place in shallow baking dish.
3. Combine mayonnaise, brown sugar and chili sauce in bowl,mix well.
4. Pour over chestnuts.
5. Bake at 350 dregees for 1 hour.
