Quick Shrimp & Linguine
- 120 g linguine, uncooked
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 3/4 cup Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 Tbsp. whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink.
- Stir in pasta sauce, peas, cream and bacon; cook on low heat 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Drain pasta.
- Add to ingredients in skillet; toss to coat.
