Rice Pudding

  1. Butter a 850ml baking dish.
  2. Addingredients, sprinkle some nutmeg or spice of choice on top.
  3. Bake on centre shelf for 2 hours till soft and creamy at 305°F.

sweet rice, brown sugar, milk, nutmeg
