Mediterranean Yogurt Salad

  1. Place yogurt in a fine-mesh sieve or a colander lined with several layers of cheesecloth.
  2. Let drain for one hour, refrigerated.
  3. Then mix all ingredients together and chill for one hour (to overnight) to allow the flavors to meld.
