Mustard Marinated Vegetable Salad

  1. In a large container or plastic bag with a tight fitting seal, combine cauliflower, Brussels sprouts broccoli and squash.
  2. Set aside.
  3. in a small bowl, stir together salad dressing and mustard.
  4. Pour over vegetables.
  5. Seal container and gently shake until vegetables are well coated.
  6. Let stand at room temperature until vegetables are thawed, gently shaking container occasionally.
  7. (You may also place container in refrigerator to thaw overnight.
  8. ).
  9. Chill at least 30 minutes or until serving time.
