Honey-Dijon Glazed Ribs
- - pork spareribs, cut into 7-rib sections
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 cups DURKEE Hot Sauce
- 1 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 each large lemons, each cut into 6 slices
- Place ribs in large stockpot.
- Add enough water to completely cover ribs.
- Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
- Simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until ribs are tender.
- Meanwhile, saute garlic in hot oil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat until tender.
- Add hot sauce, mustard, honey and lemon slices; mix well.
- Reduce heat to medium; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Place ribs on rack of grill or broiler; brush with hot sauce mixture.
- Grill or broil 15 to 20 minutes or until ribs are cooked through, turning and brushing frequently with the remaining hot sauce mixture.
